BradenKeith.Shop is operated by Braden Keith IO LLC (“Provider”), a Florida limited liability company, solely to facilitate a one-time “Occasional or Isolated Sale” of personal furniture assets owned by Braden Keith, an individual (“Seller”).

1. Purpose of the Site

This website exists exclusively for the purpose of conducting a single, personal asset liquidation sale. The Provider acts only as a technical consultant and service provider for Shopify store configuration, hosting, and payment processing. The Provider has no ownership interest in any of the items listed for sale and does not act as a retailer, dealer, or reseller.

2. AS-IS Sale – No Warranties

All products are offered and sold strictly “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS”. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, or quality. Buyers assume all risk regarding the condition and suitability of the items.

3. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the items. However, slight variations in color, finish, or condition may exist due to lighting, photography, or normal wear. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions prior to purchase.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Braden Keith IO LLC nor Braden Keith (Individual) shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or any purchase made through it. The Provider’s maximum liability shall not exceed the Service Fee actually received for the specific transaction in question.

All content on BradenKeith.Shop, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Braden Keith IO LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

6. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and all transactions conducted through BradenKeith.Shop shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
