BradenKeith.Shop is a one-time occasional sale of personal furniture assets owned by Braden Keith (Individual) and facilitated through Braden Keith IO LLC.
All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of this personal asset liquidation sale, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor cosmetic wear consistent with normal use
- Buyer’s decision not to pick up or arrange delivery
- Any dissatisfaction after purchase
- Failure to pick up purchased items within the required 14 calendar days of purchase (forfeiture of item with no refund)
AS-IS Condition
All items are sold strictly “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” with no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Items have been described and photographed to the best of our ability. Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions, photos, and details thoroughly before purchasing. Questions about condition should be asked prior to completing your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for all pickup, delivery, and assembly. BradenKeith.Shop is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or delivery by third-party carriers. Any shipping damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Legal Notice
This policy is consistent with the terms of the one-time “Occasional or Isolated Sale” of personal property under Florida law. By completing your purchase on BradenKeith.Shop, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy in full.
