Welcome to BradenKeith.Shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and all purchases made through it. By browsing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Sale

BradenKeith.Shop is operated by Braden Keith IO LLC (“Provider”) solely to facilitate a one-time “Occasional or Isolated Sale” of personal furniture assets owned by Braden Keith, an individual (“Seller”).

The Provider acts strictly as a technical service provider for store configuration, hosting, and payment processing. The Provider has no ownership interest in any items for sale and is not a retailer, dealer, or reseller of the furniture.

2. Products and Condition – AS-IS Sale

All items are sold strictly “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or condition. Buyers are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions, images, and details carefully before purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are final upon checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and related processors and deposited into the Provider’s business account. Prices shown are final and do not include shipping, delivery, or assembly fees, which are the buyer’s sole responsibility.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

The Seller is responsible for fulfillment. Buyers must arrange and pay for all pickup, shipping, or delivery. Neither the Provider nor the Seller is liable for any damage, loss, delay, or issues that occur during shipping or delivery by third-party carriers.

5. Pickup Deadline and Forfeiture

Buyers must complete pickup of all items within 14 calendar days following the date of purchase. If items are not picked up by the deadline, they will be deemed abandoned. The buyer forfeits all rights to the item(s) and will not receive any refund. Braden Keith IO LLC and the Seller reserve the right to resell, store, or dispose of any forfeited items without further notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Provider’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site or any purchase shall not exceed the Service Fee actually collected in connection with the specific transaction. The Seller assumes all liability related to the condition, description, and quality of the items. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any purchase shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
