BradenKeith.Shop is operated by Braden Keith IO LLC (“Provider”) solely to facilitate a one-time “Occasional or Isolated Sale” of personal furniture assets owned by Braden Keith, an individual (“Seller”).
No Shipping or Delivery Services Offered
We do not provide shipping, delivery, or white-glove services. Buyers are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all pickup, shipping, delivery, and assembly of purchased items.
Local Pickup (Palm Bay, Florida)
Local pickup is available at our location in Palm Bay, Florida 32909 (Brevard County). After your purchase, please contact the Seller to schedule a mutually convenient pickup appointment. The Seller will provide reasonable assistance with loading items onto your vehicle or trailer.
Pickup Deadline & Forfeiture
Buyers must arrange and complete pickup of all purchased items within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. After this 14-day period, any unpicked items will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
In the event of forfeiture, the buyer will receive no refund, and the item(s) will remain the property of the Seller. The Seller may then resell, donate, or dispose of the item(s) at their sole discretion.
Third-Party Shipping & Delivery
For buyers outside the local area, you are responsible for hiring a professional moving company, freight carrier, or delivery service. The Seller will make items available for pickup at the agreed time and location but does not arrange, coordinate, or pay for any shipping or delivery.
Risk of Loss and Damage
All risk of loss, damage, or delay passes to the buyer as soon as the item is picked up or transferred to a carrier or mover chosen by the buyer. Neither Braden Keith IO LLC nor the Seller is liable for any damage, loss, theft, or issues that occur during transportation. Claims for shipping damage must be filed directly with the carrier.
Large & Heavy Furniture Notice
All items in this sale are large, bulky, and heavy furniture pieces. Buyers should ensure they have adequate manpower, proper equipment (blankets, straps, dollies, etc.), and suitable transportation (truck, trailer, or professional movers) before scheduling pickup.
